Marketplace Return & Refund Policy

Before an order is packed, eligible products may be cancelled from the order details page. After delivery, eligible products may be returned within seven days of the recorded delivery date.

Return requests must identify the product and quantity being returned and include a reason. The seller may review the product condition and coordinate collection where required.

For cash-on-delivery orders, the seller handles the applicable cash refund after receiving and reviewing the returned product. A return request does not guarantee approval when the request is outside the allowed window or the product is not eligible.
